This guarantee does not apply to the products or parts of CAROFLEX products that have been abused or where there is negligence, improper use, accidental damage, modification, improper installation, or effects caused by exposure to the salted air.  This guarantee does not cover the requests for additional or indirect damage.  Installation and transport charges are not covered.

CAROFLEX guarantees any other material used in the manufacturing of cover-windows against bending, stretching, torsion, deformation, nad contracting for a two year period when properly installed.  All fabrics lose intensity after long exposure to the sun.  Certain PVC plates can curve if they are exposed directly to sunlight but will rectify themselves when the temperature returns to normal.

CAROFLEX guarantees that all the mobile mechanical parts of our blinds are free from any defect for the lifespan of the product.
